Notice is hereby given of a full-time position in the Iroquois County Assessment Office
Job Summary: Perform a variety of clerical work using standard office practices, procedures, and routines. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent administrative skills, and a willingness to learn more about property assessments, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Duties include answering the phone, maintaining property record cards, entering real estate transfers, assisting public with exemption forms & assessment questions, and using sketching software. Other duties assigned as needed. Full-time position 35 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30.
Qualifications: Team player with computer knowledge necessary. Skills in Microsoft Office Applications. Ability to multi-task and work well with public.
Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour / 35 hours week and paid holidays
